Returns & Refund Policy for AH Wholesale

At AH Wholesale, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
Note: Some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, perishability, or customization. See section 4 below.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email support@ahwholesale.com with:

The reason for the return
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Clearance or final sale items

Opened or used products

Custom or personalized orders

Perishable goods or hygiene-related items (if applicable)

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

We will resolve the issue promptly through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
8. Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Bulk or wholesale purchases may be subject to different return conditions. Please contact us prior to placing large orders for clarification.
